Stacy's Bridal Shower September 8, 2002

My wonderful bridesmaids threw me a memorable shower, hosted at Gayle Young's house. The theme was a "Tropical Hawaiian Honeymoon" luncheon, with the idea being to give me and Neil an idyllic Hawaiian honeymoon. With all the amazing gifts and good wishes that I received, I think that we're off to a great start!

We of course played silly games, MC'd by Alison. In this one, the person that had the most things in their purse on a specific list won. My boss Cathy trounced the competition. I think she was only missing one item on the list.	Another game: Guess what age Stacy is in 8 photos from ages 1 - 18. Horrifying, particularly the Bat Mitzvah picture.
And then there was much gift opening. From left to right, that's Alison, Stacy, Susannah, Megs, and Ilene. I'm holding the fuzzy white purse that Karen Kienzle gave me on my lap - stand in for the astrological chart that was her actual gift.	Stacy opening Neil's step-grandmother Polly's gift.
